Global Head, Project Management

T.R. Sanil Kumar, professional and leader of our Project Management Consultancy (PMC), began his illustrious career with TATA Consulting Engineers in the Electrical Engineering Department. During his tenure at the TATA Group, he managed diverse projects across India and internationally, ranging from medium to large-scale ventures. 

In 1996, he served as Project Head – Electrical Systems for TATA Consultancy Services’ first Software Technology  Park of TATA Consultancy Services in Sholinganallur, Chennai, a project that pioneered IT park development in India. His expertise spans electrical system design, building automation, fire detection systems, and communication infrastructure. He was also part of “Team TATAs,” collaborating with BELL Canada on India’s first mobile communication services. 
 
Mr. Kumar started his career as an R&D Engineer at Vijai Electricals Ltd., Hyderabad, working on advanced distribution transformers. His vast experience includes collaborations with top architects and contractors, making him a cornerstone in managing complex projects.

Varghesekutty K.M.

Chief Consultant – Project Management & Delivery

Mr. Varghesekutty K.M. leads the Project Management and Delivery vertical at AVCADOS across India and the Middle East, bringing with him over four decades of extensive experience in construction, MEP systems, civil infrastructure, interiors, and technical operations. 

Over the course of his career, Mr. Varghesekutty served as the Technical Lead at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. from 2016 to 2025, where he oversaw the technical operations of the TCS Kochi IT Campus, spanning over 1.3 million square feet. Prior to that, he was the Head of Projects at Larsen & Toubro Ltd., where he functioned as the NSC Coordinator for the same TCS IT Campus project. 

Earlier, as a Project Manager with International Electromechanical Services Co. LLC in the UAE, he managed prestigious hospitality and residential projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. His responsibilities included end-to-end MEP planning, execution, and performance management. At Reunion Electro Mech. Engineering in Dubai, he led major infrastructure initiatives such as power and desalination plant projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, in collaboration with notable industry leaders like TATA Projects, ABB, Siemens, and DEWA.
